Yes, we do help ensure a level-playing field for U.S. companies in Croatia, but strictly within the Croatian legislative framework.  The scope of our assistance would depend on a case-by-case basis.  If you are participating in a major government procurement tender, we could help you by trade advocacy.  If you believe your company has been treated unfairly by a Croatian government institution or you are facing administrative obstacles, we could help you raise your case at the appropriate level.   We cannot provide you with legal advice or otherwise act as your lawyer, but we would be happy to provide you with a list of local lawyers if needed.
