Donation by U.S. Embassy to Local Orphanage

Zagreb, Croatia, December 20, 2005 -- On Wednesday, December 21, 2005, from 11:15 to 14:00 at the Slavonski Brod Orphanage, the Marine Security Guard Detachment of the U.S. Embassy and U.S. Ambassador Ralph Frank will donate toys, clothes and other items to 39 children between the ages of 3 and 20. This donation is part of the annual "Toys for Tots" holiday drive, which is a program sponsored by the United States Marine Corps offering new toys to needy children throughout the world. This year the items to be donated were provided in the spirit of the holidays by employees of the U.S. Embassy.
