Passport & Citizenship Services
The Passport & Citizenship Unit is open for appointments Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., and Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. The unit is closed to the public on American and Croatian public holidays. More information can be found by selecting your specific passport service from the menu at the left side of this page.
If your service does not require a personal appearance, you will be instructed to apply via mail or use the drop box at the Consular entrance.
Consular officers cannot act as lawyers, tax advisors, investigators, banks, law enforcement officers, or travel agents. Please do not expect them to find you employment, get you residence or driving permits, act as interpreters, search for missing luggage, or help you settle disputes with hotel managers. They can, however, tell you how to get help with these and other matters.

Please do not bring mobile phones or any electronic devices, such as Blackberries, iPods, or PDAs as they are not allowed within the Embassy. We also strongly advise that you do not bring large bags, such as backpacks, suitcases or packages to the interview. Applicants who do not follow these instructions will experience considerable delays at the security check point which could result in the interview being cancelled. |
